Catalyst Property Solutions is committed to offering employees a comprehensive benefits program. New employees who meet the eligibility criteria are eligible for benefits coverage on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Employees may choose from a variety of plans including:

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Employees earn PTO accruals bi-weekly, beginning 90 days after the date of hire.
